Immerse yourself in the peaceful mountains of Doi Saket , in the remote village of Pang Bong , where coffee has been passionately cultivated for over 50 years. At 1,000-1,300 meters above sea level , the coffee trees enjoy a still wild and preserved environment , naturally shaded, with a cool climate and rich soils conducive to excellent cultivation.

On these fertile lands, farmers cultivate several varieties of Arabica: Typica, Catimor, Caturra, Bourbon , and even a small production of Gesha . Each of these varieties brings valuable complexity and diversity to the aromatic profiles of the local coffee.

The cherries, hand-picked at full maturity, are then processed using the natural method and slowly dried on African beds , which helps to concentrate the aromas and sweetness of the fruit.

This coffee reveals a bright and balanced cup, dominated by notes of yellow fruits – apricot, peach, nectarine – with a natural sweetness and a fine acidity that brings brightness and freshness.

🌿 A founding meeting :
It was in this village that we met a couple of passionate producers , who warmly opened the doors of their farm to us.
Their welcome, their know-how and their humility were a revelation for us.
It is from this human and authentic encounter that Les Arômes du Siam was born , and we will always be grateful to them.
