A passion born from a journey, which became a committed mission
It all started between France and Thailand , during trips to the mountains in the north of the country.
It was there, in the heart of remote and unspoiled regions, that we discovered much more than just a coffee:

👩🌾 passionate producers , invested in artisanal and respectful work,
☕ and above all, coffees with complex, subtle, sometimes even overwhelming aromas , still absent from the major international scenes.
Very quickly, this crush turned into evidence:
We had to make these Thai specialty coffees known to as many people as possible.
This is how Les Arômes du Siam was born — a project driven by passion, patience, and the desire to promote a rare, authentic, and profoundly human coffee.
After months of meetings in the field , demanding selections , tastings , roasting tests , we are proud to present our first collection of Thai coffees , from small independent producers , grown at altitude and roasted by hand in France.
Because every cup tells a story, ours starts here—and we hope it continues with you.
Our first five coffees… and the beginning of a great adventure
It is through our discoveries, our meetings and our tastings that we have selected our first five Thai specialty coffees
Each coffee we have chosen has a unique aromatic signature , reflecting its terroir, its soil, its altitude and the know-how of its producer.
☕ Some reveal all their finesse and softness using a gentle method (filter, Chemex, V60, etc.)
⚙️ Others express all their power and richness in espresso , with a tight and controlled extraction.
Our selection has been made so that everyone can discover, explore and savor the best of Thai coffee, according to their preferences.
