Geisha of Lampang
100% Arabica – Natural Process
Discover the elegance of Gesha , a rare and refined variety, grown in the highlands of Lampang , in northern Thailand, between 1,000 and 1,300 meters above sea level . Originally from Ethiopia, this coffee is today one of the most sought-after in the world for its complexity and exceptional aromatic profile.
But this coffee is much more than an exceptional variety: it embodies a cultural and family heritage .
Nearly 70 years ago, these mountains were home to opium crops. Under the leadership of King Rama IX, the communities were guided through a transition to sustainable crops. Coffee became this alternative , an activity passed down from father to son , deeply rooted in the daily lives of the farmers.
Our partner producer has made the ambitious bet of devoting himself exclusively to Gesha , a fragile and demanding variety , which requires patience, know-how and careful monitoring.
And recognition was not long in coming: his coffee regularly wins awards in competitions in Thailand , proof of the exceptional quality of his work and the growing reputation of this unique terroir.
☕ Cup profile :
Floral on the nose, fruity on the palate , this Gesha reveals elegant notes of white flowers and red fruits , carried by a lively acidity and a delicate sweetness . A pure marvel , both subtle and expressive.
🎯 Recommended methods :
Ideal for gentle methods ( V60, Chemex, AeroPress ), which highlights its complex and airy aromatic palette.
A rare coffee, grown with passion, roasted with precision, and ready to offer you an unforgettable sensory experience.
A taste, a story, an origin to discover.
