Akha Coffee – Semi-Washed from Doi Pangkhon
100% Arabica – Semi-washed process – Chiang Rai, Thailand
Discover the excellence of coffee grown by the Akha community in the remote mountains of Doi Pangkhon , northern Thailand. At 1,250–1,500 meters above sea level , these coffee trees thrive in a naturally protected environment, conducive to gentle and respectful cultivation.
The cultivated varieties – Catuai, Typica, Chiang Mai – are carefully selected for their aromatic balance. The semi-washed processing , mastered by local producers, allows for a combination of clarity and smoothness in the cup, while maintaining a beautiful complexity.
